Sometimes I eschew drama, because without a date, I get pretty lonely. Here’s the scoup, last night I ate a whole bag of Oreos. To ease the pain while being single, of course. That actually happened. What does this mean? Actually, that’s the moment when I initially looked into dating again in my new hometown.

I already knew the solution. I’ll meet new singles thru Great Expectations Denver Dating Service. And it never sounded better. Here’s a story. When I was a little tipsy at Julie’s soccer finals in Dallas last week, my sister asked me if I’ve found my soulmate. They sure have nerve. I laughed and spit out, “I’m eating here, and no.”

Even “The Twerp” (my nephew, age 9) opining along the lines of marriage. I said to the whole group: “I’ll be fine, my romantic destiny is right over there!”

Can you believe this? Each one of them scoffed. Shortly after, I called Dave just to get some perspective. That didn’t help! I didn’t learn a thing. Doug, who was a fellow Ram in high school (go Rams!) suggested that I join Great Expectations. I said, “Sure, whatever.” But it really was a good idea. I love this Dallas dating service.

When I started, meeting new singles through dating services was new from my perspective. I’d never done anything like this before, that I noticed I wore mismatched socks by accident. This slight disaster could not put an end to another incredible Great Expectations event. That night I enjoyed was bursting with excitement. The host was incredible and I’ll always remember the honest, desirable singles.

It’s been a pleasure to party at these splendid Denver Singles Events and parties at Great Expectations, I bumped into a collection of dynamite friends who certainly feel the same way I do which made for a magnificent singles event. I really shouldn’t allow my family get on my back about being single. Surprisingly enough, mingling in Dallas with Great Expectations is a lot of fun and care-free social experience.
